Is this experience suitable for young children?

We think this experience is suitable for all ages. Under 4's go free!

However, given that each child is unique, we’re conscious that the show isn’t suitable for all children. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you exercise parental discretion according to your child’s individual sensitivities.

If the use of earphones usually helps your young child with loud noises, we do recommend that you bring a pair.

Please note that everyone aged 15 years or younger at the time of attending the experience must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above.

Are the venue and experience suitable for wheelchairs?

We are keen to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and where possible have taken the necessary steps to meet customers’ requirements.

We offer one free carers pass per ticket holder. Carer ticket holders should be able to meet the needs and assist the person they are accompanying in the event.

What are the requirements for visitors with special needs?

Yes, there is an accessible toilet at the start of the experience.

Please note that there are no toilet facilities within the experience itself and that opportunities to sit down are limited. For most of the time you will be standing up and moving through the various areas.

Yes, there is an accessible toilet at the start of the experience, with baby changing facilities too.

Are guide dogs allowed?

Yes we can allow special assistant dogs such as guide dogs. Owners should keep in mind the experience may be distracting for the dog as some aspects are very loud and include flashing lights.

Please note, there is no water allowed in Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. we typically do not allow food or drinks in the experience.

What is Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.?

Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. London is the highly anticipated multi-room immersive experience offers fans of all ages the opportunity to delve into the super-workings and back-story of each of The Avengers as they train to become an agent of the S.T.A.T.I.O.N.

S.T.A.T.I.O.N. an acronym for Science Training and Tactical Intelligence Operative Network, where guests will step inside the popular films and become part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe storyline, whether trying to lift Thor’s hammer or taking a sneaky peak at Bruce Banners Lab.

What are the opening hours?

We are open 11AM - 4PM Mon - Thurs and 10AM - 6PM Friday-Sunday.

Please note - Last entry is one hour prior to closing time.

How long is the experience?

The experience is approximately one hour. However, it is a self guided tour so this can vary.

You should allow an extra 30 minutes for entry and exit, as occasionally there can be a short wait before you enter and you may wish to explore our collection of Marvel and S.T.A.T.I.O.N. exclusive merchandise at the end.

Can I dress up/wear a costume for the experience?

We do allow attendees to come in costume! However, if you are an adult coming in costume there may be extra security checks upon entry to make sure the experience can stay as safe as possible.

We also ask that all masks that are part of a costume are removable and NO replica weapons (e.g. plastic/toy guns and swords) are permitted inside the experience. These will be confiscated on entry.

The Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is located in the East Entrance.

Will Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. be coming to other cities?

For now, S.T.A.T.I.O.N. will be recruiting in London only. As new cities are confirmed, we will announce them via our website and social channels, make sure to follow us to stay up to date!

Can I buy merchandise at Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.?

Yes, a range of high quality Marvel merchandise including S.T.A.T.I.O.N. exclusives will be on sale at our Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. store at the end of the experience.

Can I take pictures at Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.?

Yes, we encourage you to take pictures, however flash photography is not permitted!

Please note that tripods aren’t allowed in the experience, and pre-approval is required for professional photography and recording. Please contact enquiries@avengersstation.co.uk for further info.

Can I change my time-slot or day?

Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final, and changes or refunds are strictly not permitted – so please do consider and select the date and time of your visit carefully.

We will endeavour to accommodate late comers if the allocated time slot is missed, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Are there toilets in the experience?

There are no toilets within the experience itself, so we recommend that you visit the venue’s facilities prior to entry.

If you do need to visit the toilet during the experience, please tell a steward. However, you may not be able to re-join your party again or complete the experience when you return, depending on the point at which you leave the tour.

Are there places to sit down during the experience?

There are no seats in the experience. However, the experience is fully wheelchair accessible.

Am I able to take luggage into the experience?

Bags or items larger than 30cm wide x 30cm tall x 10cm deep cannot be taken into the experience. However, cloakroom facilities will be available at the venue.

Please note, all bags will be searched upon entry.

If medical needs require you to do so, you may bring in a bag that is larger than the above dimensions. However, you’ll need to advise us of this in advance by emailing enquiries@avengersstation.co.uk. Let us know what you need to bring with you and the date and time of your visit, and we’ll ensure that your visit is as comfortable as possible.

Can I take my pushchair into the experience?

Yes pushchairs are allowed in the experience. These can also be folded up and checked in to the cloakroom too.

Please note - We may need to inspect pushchairs for security reasons.

Can I take food and drink into the experience?

We do not allow any food and drink in the experience.

You may bring food and drink into the experience if medical needs require you to do so. However, you’ll need to advise us of this in advance by emailing enquiries@avengersstation.co.uk. Let us know what you need to bring with you and the date and time of your visit, and we’ll ensure that your visit is as comfortable as possible.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

We highly recommend that you book well in advance to avoid disappointment, especially if you’re travelling from afar. If a time-slot sells out, tickets won’t be available at the door.

How do I add additional tickets to my booking?

You can buy additional tickets online via www.avengersstation.co.uk/tickets or, if you’re unsure, you can contact their customer service team for additional support. As long as you’ve purchased additional tickets for the same time-slot, if you and those visiting the experience with you arrive together, you’ll be able to enter together.

How many people are included in a family ticket?

A family ticket is valid for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 5 people (including a minimum of two children and a maximum of two adults)

Can I cancel my tickets for a refund?

Do you offer discounts for emergency services workers or people in the forces?

To show our appreciation to the hard-working people in the police, fire-fighting, ambulance and NHS services, as well as to those working in the military forces (army, navy or RAF), we’re happy to offer them a discount on their entry to Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.

To enjoy this discount, eligible individuals (i.e. who work in the above sectors) should email enquiries@avengersstation.co.uk to receive a discount code. You may need to present your work ID (with valid photo ID) on the day, so please ensure to bring it with you.

How can I get to the exhibit?

Situated right in the heart of Cardiff city centre, St David’s is a short walk from Cardiff Central and Queen Street Rail Stations. It’s easy to get here by car too with excellent links from the A470 and the M4.If you’re using a sat nav to get here, just pop in CF10 2EN and it will take you to the entrance of St David’s multi storey car park, on Mary Ann Street, in between the Motorpoint Arena and Cineworld. Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. Cardiff is located on the ground floor next to the escalator.
